My focus is phenomenal. I zero in on my task and get it done. Then I do another task. Then another. Afterwards I take a break and let my mind rest. But when I focus again, I am completely in tune with whatever task I'm doing. I center on it, I pinpoint it with my attention so intense that I block out what is happening around me. Oh there's an ice cream truck, I didn't hear it. Oh sirens, I didn't hear them. Oh that truck is using its air horn, I had no idea. Oh there's a fire alarm and everyone is evacuating the building. Not my concern. I'm getting this task done. I'm getting it all done. Oh, okay, there’s smoke. I’ll finish this task on the sidewalk. Go ahead, firepersons, put out this blaze.
